After the editor has accepted a paper for publication, it is transferred electronically to the production office. Typically, the paper is copyedited and any minor errors in spelling and grammar are corrected. The paper is then typeset in the journal style and a proof the paper is produced. The proofs are posted on a website for authors to access and make corrections. The publisher checks all corrected papers and then they are uploaded on to the website of the specific journal.
Proofs and Reprints: electronic proofs will be sent (E-mail attachment) to the corresponding author as a PDF file. Page proofs are considered to the final version of manuscript. With the exception of typographical or minor clerical errors, no changes will be made in the manuscript at the proof stage. Because the IJCSN published freely online to attract a wide audience, authors will have free electronic accesses to the full text (in PDF) of the article. Authors can freely download the PDF file from which they can print unlimited copies of their articles.
Authors have to pay the cost of printing and posting for receiving the hard copy.
